RETURN POLICY

  • Product can be returned up to 14 days after the date of purchase.
  • Refunds will be made in the same manner of payment, except cash payments will receive a refund check.
  • All returns must be in new condition in original box with all packing material, accessories, manuals, blank warranty cards and software.
  • All returns must include free and promotional goods.
  • Cameras must show fewer than 200 exposures.
  • Lamps cannot be returned.
  • Items not meeting these requirements will be subject to a minimum 15% restocking fee.
  • All vouchers and instant save credits will be deducted from the refund amount.
